All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Atlanta, GA.
All items are in stock for same day shipping. You’ll be told when you order when your package will be sent.
When you check out, you will be able to choose which shipping option you would like. The checkout will explain the options.
Sometimes, depending on your location and what you are buying, there will not be a choice of shipping option.
The checkout will always clearly explain which options are available to you.
Last order times for DHL and UPS services:
DHL orders placed before 5pm ET Monday to Friday are shipped the same day.
DHL orders are shipped Monday to Friday only, regardless of service. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
UPS orders placed before 3pm ET Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day.
UPS orders placed before noon ET Saturday (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day.
Tracked Shipping
All orders have tracked shipping. Your tracking code will be shown in your order dispatch email.

How can I track my order?
Packages are automatically available for detailed tracking. If you choose this service, you will be sent an email once your package has been shipped containing the tracking number and link needed to track the location of your order as it is sent to you

What is your Returns and Refunds policy?

What if I'm out when my order arrives?
If you’re out when your package is delivered, your mail person or courier will leave a card scheduling another attempt or telling you where you to pick up your order.
If your package is taken to the nearest courier depot, you can collect it or arrange for it to be redelivered.
What if my order doesn't arrive when I expect it to?
You can track the status of your order via the tracking link we sent you in an email, but if your parcel is more than 5 business days overdue, please contact us.
